Before founding P.T. Bijak Sukses Gemilang, which later followed by founding P.T. Swarnadwipa Gemilang Abadi in 2016, Tjoe Mun Tong started his professional career by joining Public Accounting Firm of Prasetio, Utomo & Rekan (Arthur Andersen) since October 1990 and in year 2002, Arthur Andersen Indonesia merged with Ernst & Young Indonesia to become Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sanjaya. His latest position was as Senior Manager prior leaving Ernst & Young in September 2009.

Since then, he has started his own businesses, including provide Merger & Acquisition consultation, as well as investing in several start-ups. Since 2009, he has assisted several Group of Companies in their shareownership restructurisation in connection with the setting up their Holding Company as his core expertise. Recently, he has also assisted the shareownership divestiture process of non-public listing company at premium price by providing innovative tax planning solution related to income tax on capital gain, which is complying with Income Tax Laws and Regulations and could be fully reported in Income Tax Return.

Highlights of Achievements:

• Led the audit team during the IPO of PT. Surya Dumai Industri Tbk (1996).
• Branch Manager of Arthur Andersen - Medan Office (2001-2004). In 2022, Andersen Indonesia merged with Ernst & Young Indonesia.
• Led the audit team from Medan Office to collaborate with EY Jakarta and EY Singapore during the IPO of First Resources Limited on the Singapore Stock Exchange (2007).
• Chairperson of the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Department of Apindo North Sumatra (2022-2027).
• As the Main Member (Anggota Utama) of the Indonesian Association of Accountants since 2024.
• After the major winning in 2022, we are closing the year of 2024 by acquiring 2 (two) major projects in October 2024 and December 2024, respectively.
